Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring excellent operational and customer service standards at all times
- Health and safety compliance
- Overall management of the workshop team
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience of managing a workshop team, ideally within the hire industry or similar
- Strong engineering background, ideally with experience of working on generators or compressors
- Good level of computer literacy and able to use a wide range of software, including Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload and work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver
- Excellent understanding/experience of managing health and safety practices at work
- Full driving licence is preferred
- IOSH qualified
