We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team covering construction projects in the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic onsite opportunities, managing high‑profile construction projects and developing long term customer relationships across major developments within the UK&I.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales, unlock new opportunities and grow our presence across major construction sites in the Midlands. Working with Speedy Hire’s equipment rental and site services offering, you’ll be at the heart of some of the UK’s most high profile developments. This is a hands on, field focused role where success is measured by your ability to build relationships, increase market share on construction sites, spot opportunities early and convert them into long term, high value partnerships.

Key responsibilities as a Major Project Manager:
