We are looking for a Hire Desk Manager to lead and develop a team of Hire Controllers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional customer service, and strong commercial performance. You will play a key role in meeting budgeted targets, improving efficiency, and monitoring KPIs to drive operational excellence.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide strong leadership to Managers and direct employees, ensuring all aspects of performance and processes align with budgeted targets and expectations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hire desk, ensuring a seamless process for our customers.
  • Provide accurate reporting and information within agreed timeframes and deadlines for the General Manager.
  • Achieve targets on reducing customer complaint levels and improving speed of resolution.
  • Drive team performance, ensuring KPIs are met and service levels remain high.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service and efficiency.
  • Support and contribute to our ESG initiatives.
