Are you looking for the next move in your Engineering career? An excellent opportunity has arisen in Lloyds British for a Lifting Inspection Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position working 39 hours a week, salary to be discussed at interview stage.
As well as Lifting Inspection work, there is a plethora of other tasks including, but not limited to:
- Load testing
- Pull testing
- Occasional destructive testing
- Manning the rigging loft
- Inspection of lifting accessories
We offer a full range of training from manufacturer to LEEA advanced courses.
Experience required:
- Experience working in the lifting equipment industry
- LEEA Entry level Engineering, Mechanics NVQ/City & Guilds desirable but not essential
- Experience with working in a testing environment
- Have an eye for detail; good problem-solving ability and a practical approach
- Good communicator with the ability to analyse and impart knowledge
- Full training will be given but experience of working within an engineering environment would be desirable
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver
- Full UK drivers licence
