A Lloyds British Surveyor Engineer (Pressure and LEV Inspection) should be competent and able to carry out inspection and adjustment of mechanical equipment. As a Surveyor Engineer (Pressure and LEV Inspection) you will carry out fault finding procedures, recognise defective items and be able to carry out the necessary repairs to effectively restore the equipment to a safe working condition. An experienced Surveyor Engineer (Pressure and LEV Inspection) should be knowledgeable within this industry and up to date with all aspects/products of Lloyds British Testing.

The main purpose of this role is to carry out high quality inspections ensuring various pressure equipment is compliant with current regulatory and statutory requirements. As an experienced Surveyor Engineer (Pressure and LEV Inspection) will operate within agreed authorities, inspection and health and safety standards with a clear customer focus and drive to achieve optimal service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced Surveyor Engineer (Pressure and LEV Inspection) you will have the below key attributes:
  • ASME- Level 1 and PSSR qualification/ P601
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge
  • Experience working with Pressure Vessel systems
  • Able to compile full reports on your work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven technical knowledge of pressure equipment
  • Excellent customer service manner, with strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients
