We are currently looking for a Major Project Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project or account management professional to play a key role in delivering strategic onsite opportunities, managing high-profile projects, and developing long-term customer relationships across major developments within the UK&I.
About the Role
As a Major Project Manager, you will deliver and implement engagement plans for major projects within your region or sector, managing relationships with key customers operating on large-scale development schemes. You will identify and implement strategic onsite opportunities, support key stakeholder relationships, and help drive long-term, sustainable revenue growth while ensuring exceptional service delivery across the Speedy business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of allocated major projects, maintaining and developing strong customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and deliver bespoke Speedy Asset Services solutions
- Work collaboratively with Operational, National, and Regional teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Ensure effective processes and operational platforms are in place to support continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on KPIs, maximising sales and profit opportunities
- Identify and implement corrective actions where performance issues arise
- Drive revenue growth through Principal Contractor, Sub-contractor, and onsite opportunities
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations
