Days of Work: Mon – Fri, 07:30 – 17:00, 42 hours per week. No weekends.
Role Overview: Speedy is the UK’s leading hire provider with the widest range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant and support services. As an HGV Class 1 Delivery Driver, you will be delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver hire equipment to local customers
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Support the team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver
What You’ll Need:
- Driving licence – Cat C licence (Class 1)
- Good knowledge of the local area
- Strong customer focus
- Experience driving within the UK
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
