We have an exciting opportunity for a Foreman to oversee the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of hire and customer equipment to the required safety levels and within the agreed timescales. On a day to day basis, you will supervise a team of service engineers to ensure stock is in place, provide technical assistance and organise technical training for the team.

What you'll need:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience of supervising a team ideally within a similar industry
  • Knowledge and experience of managing asset and stock counts
  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver
  • Be able to manage a team and be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all H&S and housekeeping is kept to the highest standards
