We’re looking for a CX (Customer Experience) Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is passionate about customer service, learning, and helping others succeed.
In this role, you’ll support how we train and guide our colleagues to deliver consistently great service to our customers. You’ll help review customer interactions across different channels, spot what’s working well, and highlight where improvements can be made. You’ll work closely with internal teams, training partners, and mystery shopping providers to gather feedback, track performance, and turn insights into simple, practical actions that improve the overall customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop skills in customer experience, quality, insight analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, with clear progression pathways within the business.
What we’re looking for:
