We’re now looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our welcoming team in Haydock. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work with great people, and play a key role in supporting the commercial side of our business. What you’ll be doing
- Providing analytical and administrative support to help achieve our business goals
- Managing and reconciling customer rebates, keeping reports and documentation up to date
- Preparing and analysing data to spot commercial performance trends
- Supporting colleagues with self-service reporting, including training and guidance
- Helping to deliver commercial projects on time by supporting planning, execution, and reporting
- Maintaining account mapping and ensuring sales portfolios are aligned
- Assisting with audit preparation and documentation
- Managing contracts and maintaining accurate pricing information
- Acting as a key point of contact between commercial teams and other departments

You\’ll Bring
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence using the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or SQL (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A logical, analytical, and methodical approach to your work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to adapt, multitask, and stay calm under pressure
- A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
