We’re now looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our welcoming team in Haydock. What you’ll be doing

  • Providing analytical and administrative support to help achieve our business goals
  • Managing and reconciling customer rebates, keeping reports and documentation up to date
  • Preparing and analysing data to spot commercial performance trends
  • Supporting colleagues with self-service reporting, including training and guidance
  • Helping to deliver commercial projects on time by supporting planning, execution, and reporting
  • Maintaining account mapping and ensuring sales portfolios are aligned
  • Assisting with audit preparation and documentation
  • Managing contracts and maintaining accurate pricing information
  • Acting as a key point of contact between commercial teams and other departments

You\’ll Bring

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or SQL (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A logical, analytical, and methodical approach to your work
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to adapt, multitask, and stay calm under pressure
  • A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
