About The Role: Are you ready to take the next step in your engineering career? Do you want to join a company where you’ll be valued, supported, and encouraged to grow? If you’re a great team player with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for a Lifting Inspection Engineer to join our friendly team. This is a full-time position (39 hours per week), with a competitive salary to be discussed at interview.

You’ll carry out a range of interesting and varied tasks, including:

  • Lifting inspection work
  • Load and pull testing
  • Occasional destructive testing
  • Manning the rigging loft
  • Inspecting lifting accessories

What We’re Looking For: We’re open to a range of experience levels — if you’re keen to learn, we’ll provide full training. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Experience in the lifting equipment industry
  • LEEA qualification or willingness to work towards it
  • Engineering or Mechanics NVQ / City & Guilds (desirable, not essential)
  • Experience in a testing or inspection environment
  • A practical, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for learning
  • A full UK driving licence
