Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)

Location: Haydock

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (core hours are 07:30 to 17:00)

About the role

Based in our Haydock depot, the Hire Desk Controller plays a key role at the heart of our operations, supporting both sales and customer service. Building strong relationships is essential, as you'll coordinate the full hire process from taking customer orders through to delivery and collection. You'll work closely with teams across the depot, including stock, drivers and engineers, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and to a high standard. This is a fast-paced, desk-based role where communication and organisation are key to keeping everything running smoothly.
