About the Role: As a Compliance and Asset Specialist, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end compliance process across our core operations, rehire services, and owned assets. Your work will help ensure everything meets internal standards and external regulations, keeping our business compliant and reducing risk. You'll be part of our Commercial team within Speedy Solutions, reporting to the Project Management Lead.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing the full compliance lifecycle of assets across the business
  • Monitoring upcoming servicing and inspection requirements, ensuring stakeholders are informed in advance
  • Tracking and reporting non-compliance in line with company KPIs
  • Validating service and compliance documentation from suppliers
  • Updating systems with accurate, up-to-date compliance data
  • Coordinating servicing for company-owned assets, including supplier liaison and purchase orders
  • Maintaining a centralised asset register with complete audit trails
  • Carrying out physical audits to ensure records match real-world assets
  • Supporting operations by allocating assets efficiently based on needs and location
  • Producing reports on compliance performance and supporting audits
  • Getting involved in wider compliance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting with additional tasks as needed

  • Experience in asset compliance, ideally within a regulated or infrastructure environment
  • Strong understanding of UK compliance legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Confident communication skills when working with internal teams and external suppliers
