An opportunity has arisen to join our IT Service Desk team. This team provides a single point of contact for our Group for all IT issues to be resolved.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phone in a professional manner
- Log each and every call received with sufficient information
- Taking ownership of the call to ensure a satisfactory outcome
- Escalating calls when necessary
- Communicating with internal teams and external support resources
- Working to the needs of the Business to ensure successful support of IT Systems
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing customer service and dealing professionally with individual's. An interest or experience in IT support would be an advantage.
