An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will take full ownership of team performance, drive engagement, and shape a positive, professional culture. You will play a key role in influencing behaviours, improving processes, and ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Provide day‑to‑day direction, guidance, and support to team members
  • Coach and develop individuals through regular feedback, training, and performance reviews
  • Conduct appraisals, manage performance, and handle disciplinary matters where required
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Ensure workloads are effectively planned, prioritised, and delivered within deadlines
  • Act as a role model for professionalism, customer focus, and company values

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading, motivating, and managing a team, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
  • Strong coaching and development skills with a track record of improving team performance
  • Confident decision‑maker with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong customer service experience, both internally and externally
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience using systems such as Axapta, On‑Guard, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise workload and perform under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Previous experience within the hire industry is desirable
