- Over 2,500 generators ranging from 20-1400 kVA, many fitted with telematics and ComAp or Deep Sea panels
- A compressor fleet of over 600 units, ranging from 260-1500 CFM
- Modern Stage V engines across our expanding fleet
Our equipment is closely monitored and maintained, and this role plays a vital part in ensuring reliability, safety, and performance.
The Role
Based in our Stockton depot, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of generators and compressors, ensuring they remain fully operational and compliant. Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing and repairing generators and compressors in line with service schedules
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
- Managing service hours and maintenance records
- Using telematics and control panels for monitoring and diagnostics
- Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team
- Ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
What You'll Need
- NVQ Level in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience maintaining and repairing similar equipment
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Team-focused approach
- Flexible attitude to working hours
