Join Speedy - the UK's leading hire provider. Speedy supplies the widest range of tools, specialist equipment and plant to support every job. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lifting Engineer to join our busy Warrington depot workshop.

In this hands-on role, you will take responsibility for the testing, maintenance and repair of our lifting hire equipment, playing a key part in ensuring our customers receive safe, reliable and high-quality equipment every time. You may also be required to attend customer sites to carry out breakdowns and servicing for equipment on long-term hire.

What you'll be doing:

  • Testing, maintaining and repairing lifting hire equipment
  • Ensuring equipment meets safety and compliance standards
  • Supporting workshop operations and maintaining accurate records
  • Attending customer sites for servicing and breakdown support when required
  • Contributing to our ESG - Decade to Deliver strategy

What you'll need:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical equipment
  • Commitment to high health and safety standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
