Digital Systems Trainer
Location: Hybrid/Flexible (Midlands)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week – 08:00 – 17:00
Working Model: Hybrid working available, including a 9-day fortnight

We have a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Digital Systems Trainer to support the delivery of our transformation projects. This is an exciting time to join the Talent and Development team if you want to develop your skills in learning and development as we continue our People first journey as part of Velocity.
The main purpose of this role is to work closely with the Change and Transformation teams to develop and deliver high-quality training on Speedy Systems throughout the business as they change and evolve, including new system rollouts. We will provide training and support to develop your skills, requiring knowledge of Speedy Systems, particularly D365.
There will be significant travel to our depots and locations to support project rollouts, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.
We will help you develop skills in utilising our learning management system and eLearning tools, enabling you to create and deliver digital learning modules, as well as practical, engaging face-to-face and virtual workshops aligned with Speedy\’s strategic goals.
