We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable RSC+ Manager, preferably with a background in hire or engineering, to manage our busy depot in Coventry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Coventry depot and lead the team to deliver customer-focused service.
  • Proactively run the depot, drive the business forward and maintain first-class customer service.
  • Ensure Health and Safety practices are understood and followed within the workplace.
  • Demonstrate accountability and ownership to achieve operational objectives.
  • Adapt to change in a fast-paced, diverse environment and manage workload under deadlines.
  • Utilise PC skills and understand basic financials, including budgets and profit and loss considerations.
Qualifications
  • Experience in managing a team

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Experience of Health and Safety practices at work
  • Ability to understand and work with profit and loss accounts and budgets
  • Capability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Ability to adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast-paced organisation
  • PC literate
  • General knowledge of the construction industry and trades including products
  • Previous experience of the hire process would be an advantage
  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver
