Location: Pioneer House, Pioneer Park, Whitby Road, Bristol

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for an Asset Coordinator to support our operational network by ensuring company assets are positioned efficiently to meet customer demand. This will be achieved through effective utilisation of the existing fleet and the processing of capital expenditure (CAPEX) purchase orders.

About the Role

As an Asset Coordinator, you will play a key role in optimising asset availability across the network, supporting business growth, and ensuring high service levels for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reactively locate assets in response to requests received via the AIC inbox
  • Use AX12/D365 and reporting tools to identify suitable assets within the hire fleet
  • Raise CAPEX purchase orders to replenish or expand the fleet
  • Monitor open orders and ensure timely delivery and receipting in line with company procedures
  • Communicate effectively with depot and workshop teams via phone and email
  • Work closely with the AIC Transport Planner to coordinate equipment movements
  • Support the Asset Optimisation Manager with daily histogram reporting
  • Assist with the daily replenishment programme across the network
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required
  • Contribute to the delivery of Speedy's ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver
