Location: Middlesbrough
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00 (42 hours per week).
Based in the depot, the Hire Controller is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. The role coordinates the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection, liaising with all parts of the depot to ensure the customer’s needs are met and they are satisfied with the service.
