As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operation. You’ll speak to customers, manage bookings, and help ensure deliveries run smoothly from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone at entry level who wants to develop communication, sales, and logistics experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking customer bookings over the phone and entering details into our systems
- Speaking with customers to agree pricing and delivery options
- Supporting the sales team by booking appointments with potential new customers
- Working closely with Customer Services and Sales to meet performance targets
- Promoting Speedy Freight’s services to new and existing customers
- Managing multiple tasks in a busy, deadline‑driven environment
