As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operation. You’ll speak to customers, manage bookings, and help ensure deliveries run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking customer bookings over the phone and entering details into our systems
  • Speaking with customers to agree pricing and delivery options
  • Supporting the sales team by booking appointments with potential new customers
  • Working closely with Customer Services and Sales to meet performance targets
  • Promoting Speedy Freight’s services to new and existing customers
