About the Role

We\’re a fast-growing franchise organisation, and we\’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate, branch, and franchise roles.

This is an entrepreneurial recruitment role – perfect for an experienced recruiter who enjoys autonomy and building relationships that directly drives business success. You\’ll blend strategic talent acquisition, relationship management, and franchise support to help expand our thriving network.

What You\’ll Do

  • Lead recruitment for corporate, owned branches and franchise based positions
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, digital campaigns, and industry events
  • Partner with leadership and franchisees to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve structured interview and assessment processes
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to optimise hiring strategies and improve KPIs
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company culture and career opportunities externally.

What We\’re Looking For

  • Proven full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in-house, with a track record of success
  • Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Experienced in leveraging a range of talent attraction techniques to build strong pipelines
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric approach with proven ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or franchise networks is a plus
