Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and commercially curious Field Sales Exec to join our Manchester West team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong appetite to develop their own customer relationships, build a pipeline from scratch and take ownership of a defined territory.

You will act as a trusted advisor to local businesses, learning how to assess shipping requirements and recommend the most suitable parcel solutions using Speedy Parcels’ carrier network. Over time, you will take full commercial responsibility for your territory and customer base.

You will receive a two week intensive sales and training induction covering Speedy Parcels services, sales techniques, commercial awareness, cost modelling and CRM systems. Ongoing support and coaching will be provided by our experienced in house team.
