Hybrid | Knutsford with occasional UK travel | Up to £50,000 DOE
Build the commercial engine behind one of the UK's fastest-growing logistics brands.
At Speedy Freight, we're transforming the way we win and grow business—and HubSpot sits at the centre of that journey.
We're looking for a hands-on HubSpot CRM & Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of our CRM platform, helping us generate more leads, improve customer journeys and give our Sales and Marketing teams the tools and insights they need to succeed.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a finished product and simply keep the lights on. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, improving and making things happen. You'll have the freedom to shape how HubSpot evolves across the business while delivering real commercial results.
What you'll be doing...
You'll become the go-to person for HubSpot, working closely with Marketing, Sales, IT and Network Support to unlock its full potential.
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning the ongoing development and optimisation of HubSpot.
- Building workflows, automation, customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
- Creating dashboards and reporting that provide meaningful commercial insight.
- Improving lead generation, lead nurturing and sales pipeline performance.
- Maintaining CRM data quality, governance and segmentation.
- Supporting system integrations and future platform enhancements.
- Training and supporting users to drive HubSpot adoption across the business.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver better commercial outcomes.
What we're looking for...
You'll probably already be working as a:
- HubSpot CRM Manager
- CRM & Marketing Automation Manager
- Demand Generation Manager
- HubSpot Consultant
- Revenue Operations Executive
- Marketing Operations Manager
Most importantly, you'll have:
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
- Experience building workflows, automation, forms, landing pages and reports.
- A good understanding of lead generation, customer journeys and sales pipelines.
- Confidence analysing data and turning it into commercial insight.
- Great communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across the business.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for improving systems and processes.
HubSpot certifications, CRM integrations or experience in a multi-site or franchise business would be a bonus, but they're not essential.
This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.
You’ll play a key role in how we attract customers, generate demand and support future growth. You’ll have autonomy, variety and the chance to shape a platform that’s becoming central to our commercial strategy.
If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, building better processes and seeing the results of your work, we’d love to hear from you.
