We are looking for skilled technicians to join our growing team who provide the first-class service that Speedwell Group has become known for. You will work as a team towards productivity goals, carry out diagnostics, repairs and services on all makes of vehicles but mainly our franchise brand, Kia.

  • Skills & Experience Required:
  • Qualified vehicle technician (IMI Level 3 or equivalent) with demonstrable experience in vehicle service, diagnostic and repair.
  • Full driving license.
  • MOT testing experience is preferred but not essential; we will provide training.
  • EV/Hybrid qualifications/experience is preferred but not essential; we will provide training.
  • Ability to work within a team with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Main dealership experience is preferred but not essential.

  • Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine servicing, diagnostics, repairs, warranty, maintenance, vehicle health checks and sales preparation work in line with dealership standards.
  • MOT testing (if qualified).
  • Adhere to manufacturer procedures for administration.
  • Maintain industry qualifications and complete ongoing brand-specific development (skills bonuses available).
