Talos is seeking a Head of Tokenization to drive expansion from crypto-assets to tokenized securities, bonds, and other on‑chain assets. You will own the initiative, partnering with strategy, sales, and engineering to define go‑to‑market, align with regulatory requirements, and ensure P&L for the new product line.
You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage design partners, and drive strategic build/buy/partner decisions while integrating with Talos’ existing platform and ecosystem.
