Speedel is a specialist, time-critical logistics provider supporting B2B customers across the UK, Europe and globally. We work with businesses where reliability, speed and communication genuinely matter — not one-off, transactional jobs.
We’re expanding our commercial team and are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to join us in a full-cycle, account-led role. In this position, you’ll build and manage your own pipeline, convert inbound and outbound opportunities, open new customer accounts, and retain ownership of those relationships long-term. You’ll work closely with our Operations team to ensure customers receive the service they expect, while you focus on growth, retention and commercial value.
Success in this role is measured by opening and growing long-term customer accounts, not short-term transactions. This role suits a Sales Executive who enjoys autonomy, is comfortable prospecting, and prefers building long-term customer relationships over quick wins.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing new business through outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries
- Running online and face-to-face sales meetings with SME and corporate customers
- Opening and onboarding new customer accounts
- Managing and growing customer relationships post-sale
- Using CRM to manage pipeline, forecast revenue and track performance
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within logistics, transport or service-led environments
- A consultative approach and strong commercial awareness
- Confidence managing the full sales cycle
- Comfortable working autonomously with clear targets
Why join Speedel:
- Realistic targets and a grown-up commission structure
- Clear ownership of accounts and pipeline
- Strong operational support
- Hybrid working and flexibility
- A collaborative, no-nonsense environment
If you’re selling B2B services and want a role where you can own accounts properly and build long-term value, we’d like to hear from you.
