Participate in the development, submission, and review of sales proposals. Partner with sales, service, marketing, consulting, legal, and other departments to develop and package thorough, efficient, timely, and consistent responses to bids for business opportunities (e.g., Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs)).

Analyze costs, risks, and benefits of proposed contracts and price proposals accordingly. Execute all aspects of the proposal process life cycle from initial receipt of proposal request through completion and delivery. Create graphics, write/edit, proofread, format, maintain version control, and ensure compliance to both submittal guidelines and internal organizational standards.

Communicate with team members to ensure milestones are met, proposals comply with requirements, and critical tasks to win bids are understood and addressed. Maintain a database of approved content for proposals and make updates as necessary. Entry-level professional within the field. Requires basic skill set and proficiency. Conducts work assignments as directed. Closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
