We’re looking for a PR Consultant to join our Consumer team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, working on a major high‑street name. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume press office environment and enjoys turning opportunities into headlines.
Our PR Consultants sit at the heart of busy account teams, delivering impactful campaigns, strategic communications and always‑on press office activity that drives meaningful results. You’ll be a trusted day‑to‑day client contact, helping to shape communications programmes, build media relationships and deliver standout coverage. Working closely with senior colleagues and mentoring junior team members, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the momentum of a high‑profile consumer brand.

You will spend your time:
- Acting as a trusted day‑to‑day contact for clients and building strong working relationships

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, influencers and content creators
- Identifying newsjacking opportunities, emerging trends and cultural moments that create cut‑through
- Developing engaging content including press releases, media pitches, feature articles, opinion pieces, briefing documents and social content
- Contributing fresh ideas and creative thinking to campaigns and brainstorms
- Supporting and coaching junior team members to help them develop and succeed
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines to deliver integrated communications programmes
- Supporting new business opportunities and agency growth where appropriate
