Senior Product Manager in London

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Speechmatics’ Voice AI portfolio by setting product strategy and direction. You’ll work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deeply understand market needs, define clear requirements, and deliver solutions that create meaningful impact across industries. In this role, you’ll also act as a product evangelist, promoting the value of Voice AI both internally and externally, while prioritising initiatives that balance customer outcomes, technical feasibility, and business goals. By collaborating with engineering and go-to-market teams, you’ll shape features, guide development, launch new products, and iterate quickly to achieve measurable success. This position is both strategic and collaborative, requiring vision as well as execution. You’ll transform customer insights into product roadmaps, align cross‑functional stakeholders, and help accelerate the global adoption of Speechmatics’ Voice AI technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the strategy and execution of our world‑beating Voice AI products from development to GTM.
• Igniting enthusiasm internally and externally about what we are doing and why.
• Helping us scale at pace by accelerating our Product‑Led Growth with developers, implementing GTM engineering approaches and building momentum in our ICPs.
• Effectively gathering market, customer and technical understanding and driving the product roadmap based on this.

• Full spectrum product veteran with multiple examples of leading cross‑functional teams to achieve material business success, ideally in tech scale‑ups.
• Results‑driven and execution focused – enjoys forging a path through ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
• Insatiably curious with a first‑principles approach to product growth.
• Bright but humble – you’ll fit in well!
• Innovator in technology and GTM, you love delivering ideas whose time has come.
• AI / ML literate - understands LLM limits, evals, performance/latency/cost trade‑offs, data pipelines, guardrails, and can quickly gain respect of Eng/Research.
• Specific Voice AI experience certainly helps!
