We are seeking an FP&A Analyst, reporting to the CFO, to join our Finance team and play a pivotal role in delivering insight, driving performance, and shaping strategic decisions. If you’re a data‑driven "quant" with strong analytical skills, enjoy partnering across business functions, and want to influence major initiatives—including pricing and packaging—while supporting fundraising efforts, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll work closely with senior leadership on high‑profile projects such as pricing strategy, capital allocation, equity fundraising, M&A, and international expansion, while building advanced forecasting and performance frameworks to enable scalable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Advanced Data Analysis & Insight: Diving deep into financial and operational data to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights. Developing sophisticated models to support strategic decisions, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis. Designing and implementing automation for recurring FP&A tasks such as data consolidation, reporting, and forecasting. Leveraging tools like Excel macros, Power Query, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy and speed of insights.
  • Performance Reporting & Forecasting: Supporting the development of rolling forecasts, budgets, and dynamic reporting tools. Delivering high‑quality monthly performance packs for the Board, with commentary that demonstrates commercial acumen.
  • Strategic Projects and Business Partnering: Collaborating on pricing strategies and deal‑level financial analysis. Working closely with the GTM (Go‑To‑Market) function to align pricing models and commercial strategies. Supporting the Tech Function on ROI on product investments.
  • Capital Allocation: Supporting the allocation of capital – including any future fund raising, M&A activity and international expansion.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Professional experience in FP&A, strategy consultancy, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical role (no requirement for an accountancy background).
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a genuine passion for data and problem solving.
  • Naturally curious and the ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems in a structured way.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills and strong proficiency in Excel; experience with BI or reporting tools is a plus.
  • A good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Experience working with reporting tools such as Salesforce or other BI platforms is advantageous.

We encourage you to apply even if you do not feel you match all of the requirements exactly. The list of requirements is intended to show the kinds of experience and qualities we’re looking for, but it is not exhaustive. If you are interested in the role, the team, and our mission, we would love to consider your application. We are always open to conversations and look forward to hearing from you.
