We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to join us in a high-impact commercial role at the forefront of Voice AI. You’ll play a critical part in driving pipeline growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts, working with a genuinely differentiated API product used by technical buyers globally. You’ll operate in a fast-scaling environment, partnering closely with account executives and engaging with senior stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales instincts with a structured, data-driven approach and is motivated to grow within one of the most exciting and rapidly evolving areas of the tech industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and managing pipeline across a defined territory
- Identifying and targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Conducting outbound prospecting using multi-channel approaches (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to create high-quality opportunities
- Partnering closely with Account Executives to progress and convert opportunities
- Tailoring messaging to both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Using tools like Salesforce, sequencing platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage activity and performance
- Leveraging AI tools to research accounts and personalise outreach

- Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding targets, with clear evidence of performance and impact
- Brings a methodical, organised approach to territory management and pipeline building
- Able to confidently engage both technical buyers (e.g. CTOs) and business leaders with tailored messaging
