Overview Speechify is seeking an experienced Sourcing Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition organization. The ideal candidate will contribute to both hands-on and strategic levels to help our varied internal organizations grow successfully and assist in cultivating an amazing and innovative culture. The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas & solutions to growing organizations. This is a full-time remote role and can be based anywhere globally. This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate experience in building and developing diverse sourcing organizations at scale and across complex, dynamic businesses in a global environment.
What You’ll Do
- Influence and impact the delivery of sourcing and candidate pipelines, while fostering a collaborative environment to ensure a great candidate experience.
- Drive effective sourcing strategy, identify and recommend process improvements, and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components.
- Mentor and grow dispersed sourcing members to build inclusion across diverse teams and build a cohesive culture across the sourcing org.
- Drive accountability to deliver against global organizational goals through collaboration with other teams while increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Advise business leaders and sourcing org on innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence the direction.
- Work on a wide variety of high impact, critical roles.
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
- 1+ years of sourcing experience.
- In-depth experience with Boolean search, GitHub, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
- Successfully manage searches against timelines and have experience tracking metrics.
- Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Exceptional at candidate generation, as well as possessing great organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
