Second to that, we are deeply committed to creating a space where Speech and Language Therapists are valued, nurtured, and equipped with everything they need to thrive. This makes us better able to meet the needs of our clients.

We are a thriving, joyful clinic in central Guildford offering specialist support for children aged 2–16, including autism diagnostic assessment, early intervention, speech and language therapy, and dyslexia assessment and support. Families describe us as empathetic, empowering, and transformative — and we take that responsibility seriously.

Our practice is rooted in:

  • Early intervention that can significantly alter a child's developmental path
  • Neurodiversity‐affirming therapy grounded in science‐backed neuroplasticity
  • Clear, collaborative goal‐setting with families

What We Offer

  • A beautiful, calm, fully resourced Guildford office — everything you need is at hand
  • A supportive, reflective, happy team who genuinely enjoy working together
  • Excellent rates of pay and opportunities for growth
  • A manageable caseload thoughtfully matched to your strengths
  • The chance to contribute to innovative assessment pathways and early intervention programmes
  • A workplace where your voice matters and your wellbeing is prioritised
  • Use of our sensory gym/equipment and therapy room (and cupboards of toys/games and downloadable resources)

The Role

You will:

  • Deliver assessment and therapy for children with speech, language, and communication needs, including autistic children
  • Provide early intervention using playful, engaging, evidence‐based approaches
  • Work collaboratively with families to set meaningful, personalised goals
  • Contribute to a clinic culture that values warmth, clarity, and empowerment
  • Collaborate with other professionals as needed
  • Work flexibly — choose 8:30–12:30 or 1:00–5:00 on your preferred days

This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who:

  • Is a qualified SLT with HCPC registration
  • Has experience and genuine enthusiasm for working with autistic children (speaking and minimally verbal), including setting up high‐tech and low‐tech AAC
  • Communicates with warmth, clarity, and respect
  • Enjoys being part of a collaborative, values‐driven team
  • Wants a role that feels sustainable, purposeful, and energising
