You will ensure methodologies, resources, schedules, assumptions and pricing inputs are aligned, deliverable and responsive to the client’s requirements, then provide a clear handover following award.
- Lead tenders, pre-qualification questionnaires and requests for information through review, approval and submission.
- Analyse invitations to tender, scopes of work and contract documents to identify deliverables, compliance requirements, risks and clarification points.
- Prepare tender plans, compliance matrices, responsibility schedules and review programmes.
- Develop technical methodologies, execution plans, vessel and equipment selections, personnel plans and programmes.
- Coordinate estimates and pricing inputs so that the offer reflects the proposed delivery model.
- Develop clear assumptions, qualifications, exclusions and commercial reservations for internal approval.
- Challenge inputs constructively to confirm that the proposed solution is safe, practical and achievable.
- Manage internal reviews and approvals, incorporate comments and maintain accurate version control.
- Coordinate client clarifications, interviews and presentations.
- Provide a post-award handover covering scope, commitments, risks, assumptions and outstanding actions.

- Strong organisation, with experience coordinating several contributors against fixed deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify delivery risks, dependencies and scope gaps.
- Confident communication with internal teams, suppliers and clients.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, and a full valid UK driving licence.
Useful additional experience
- Experience as a surveyor, geophysicist, party chief, project engineer or project manager.
