Spectrum Geosurvey specialise in coastal geophysical surveys, supporting a wide range of clients in the offshore renewables sector. Spectrum Geosurvey are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our growing team based in our Lymington office. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our business development efforts by coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals to clients. You will work closely with technical experts, project managers, and other stakeholders in the team to ensure that proposals are achievable, accurate, and submitted on time. Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business development personnel to gather necessary information and develop proposal content. Develop, write, and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and consistency with company standards and client requirements. Maintain a proposal database and repository, including tracking proposal status, maintaining proposal templates, and managing past performance references. Assist in developing and maintaining proposal development processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality. A relevant Bachelor’s degree. At least 2-3 years of experience in the marine geophysical industry, preferably within the renewable sector, or related industries. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
