Spectrum Geosurvey are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our growing team based in our Lymington office. Position Overview We are looking for an organised and motivated Proposal Coordinator to join our growing commercial team in Lymington. This opportunity is open to entry-level applicants and candidates who already have proposal-writing experience. You will help the team prepare clear, accurate and compliant tenders while developing your understanding of how offshore survey projects are planned, priced and presented to clients. A background in marine geophysics is essential; tender-specific training and support will be tailored to your experience. The Role entry-level candidates with strong writing and coordination skills are encouraged to apply. How you will develop Training will be tailored to your starting point and will cover tender coordination, compliance reviews, technical and commercial proposal structure and document control. Entry-level appointees will build responsibility progressively, while candidates with proposal-writing experience will be expected to take earlier ownership of suitable submissions.
