We are looking for Microsoft Support Analysts to work with in eCommerce project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing IT Technical IT support to users of services as first point of contact
- Supporting for incident resolution
- Supporting in diagnosing, resolving technical IT problems and incidents management
- Ensuring the delivery of an effective and appropriate service to all service users
- Timely resolution and escalate as appropriate, incidents and requests for service received from service users via email, web form or telephone
- To be a part of a Agile team – Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud
- Good experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel
- To be a part of a Agile team
- Working experience with API tools / REST API
- Knowledge in using Microsoft SharePoint and Azure cloud
