We're looking for a proactive and results‐driven Partnerships & Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand visibility and drive growth through strategic partnerships, PR, and nationwide marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, representing the brand at events, and delivering creative campaigns that reach audiences at scale.
What You'll Do
- Partnerships
- Build and maintain partnerships with student accommodation providers, universities, and local businesses to create new advertising and opportunities.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and student fairs across the UK as a passionate ambassador.
- Develop strong media relationships with journalists, publishers, and editors to secure press coverage and brand visibility.
- Seek sponsorships, collaborations, and speaking opportunities to establish Lovespace as the leading student storage brand.
- Work with partners and influencers to create co‐marketing initiatives and joint campaigns.
- Marketing
- Plan and deliver nationwide offline campaigns while coordinating with the digital marketing team on online initiatives.
- Oversee creative development for brochures, posters, and local campaigns.
- Ensure brand messaging and identity are consistent across all platforms and partnerships.
- Use Mailchimp and Intercom to build campaigns, automate customer journeys, and track performance to improve engagement.
- Monitor performance, analyse results, and report weekly/monthly on campaign and partnership impact.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and managing external partnerships.
- Strong communication and networking skills, with confidence in representing a brand at events.
- Experience in marketing campaign delivery across multiple channels.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative, with an eye for branding and campaign ideas.
- Proven ability to work with CRM tools to nurture customer relationships and support marketing campaigns.
- Experience in PR, B2B and affiliate marketing is a strong plus.
