Full-time, permanent position at Spectrum Specialist Support, based in London. We’re seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead our external building maintenance projects across London and beyond. The role includes project planning, team leadership, safety management, client communication, and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver projects, ensuring schedule, budget and compliance.
- Lead and supervise specialist teams of subcontractors and employees across multiple sites.
- Champion health and safety standards through training, monitoring and proactive management.
- Problem-solve challenges, propose solutions and raise escalation as needed.
- Provide clear progress, productivity and client satisfaction updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing external building fabrics and maintenance works.
- Experience managing multiple sites.
- Excellent project planning, organisation, and time-management skills.
