We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme within the Defence sector, leading the IT workstream of a large-scale initiative. This is a pivotal role within the client\’s Product Portfolio, with significant visibility and responsibility across multiple business units and third-party integrators. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of the IT elements of the programme from initiation through to deployment and business adoption. Oversee integration development between legacy ERP systems and Webmethods Axway. Coordinate closely with the Head Office team and an external Solution Integrator to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of design and integration specifications. Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring effective governance and compliance with project controls. Drive effective communication, risk management, change control, and issue resolution across all phases of the programme. Skills and Experience: Proven experience delivering large-scale IT transformation programmes, ideally within the Defence sector. Strong knowledge of procurement and finance systems. Strong background in managing third-party vendors and system integrators in complex integration environments. Ability to lead matrixed teams across functional and technical domains. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels.
