As we scale, we are looking for someone to take genuine ownership of our external voice and help shape how the company is understood in the market.
This role owns the company's social and brand presence across key channels. You will be responsible for how we communicate, what we prioritise, and how consistently our message lands with customers, partners, and investors. This is not a contentâscheduling role. It requires strong judgment, clarity of thinking, and the ability to translate complex topics into credible, engaging narratives.
What Youâll Do
- Own and manage social presence across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with commercial priorities and brand positioning
- Create clear, engaging content that makes fintech, blockchain, and global trade accessible without oversimplifying
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Work closely with founders and commercial leaders to translate product updates and partnerships into strong external messaging
- Track performance and engagement, producing concise weekly analysis and recommendations
What Weâre Looking For
- Experience in social media, brand marketing, content, or communications (agency, inâhouse, freelance, or independent projects all welcome)
