You’ll play a central part in shaping the finance function from the ground up, bringing core responsibilities in-house and helping establish robust systems and controls. This position blends traditional financial management with crypto-native treasury operations in a high-growth tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the month-end close process, consolidated management accounts, and financial reporting across multiple legal entities.
- Transition core accounting responsibilities from external service providers to an internal function.
- Implement and improve accounting processes, internal controls, policies, and documentation.
- Oversee AP, AR, tax filings, audits, and financial reporting obligations across jurisdictions.
- Select, implement, and manage scalable finance systems and tools (e.g., QuickBooks or similar ERP systems).
- Liaise with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure compliance across global operations.
- Develop working knowledge of crypto accounting standards and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and founders on strategic finance initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:

- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

- Prior experience working across multiple jurisdictions and optimising international structures is beneficial.
