We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join one of our trusted clients on a transformative programme of work. This role involves shaping business requirements, validating technology solutions, and driving improvements across systems and processes. The ideal candidate will be confident working with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels to deliver high-impact change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements. Analyse and prioritise requirements, balancing business needs with technical feasibility. Apply modelling techniques including use cases, process flows, and data analysis to clarify and validate requirements.
  • Solution Evaluation & Validation: Assess proposed technical solutions to ensure they meet defined business requirements. Perform impact assessments to understand effects on existing systems, processes, and stakeholders. Collaborate with technical teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Process Improvement & Optimisation: Review existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with stakeholders to scope, prioritise, and implement changes that increase efficiency or reduce operational costs. Lead workshops to gather input and ideate process enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels across the business. Clearly communicate proposed changes, manage expectations, and ensure ongoing alignment and engagement.
  • Documentation & Communication: Produce detailed business requirement documents, process maps, and solution overviews. Translate technical solutions into clear, accessible formats for non-technical audiences. Maintain project documentation and version control to ensure clarity and traceability.
  • Quality & Testing Support: Contribute to the definition of test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Provide subject matter support during testing, including defect triage and resolution. Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.

  • Start: ASAP
  • Initial Term: Through to end of 2025, with strong extension potential into 2026
  • Location: Remote-first, with occasional travel required
  • IR35: Outside IR35
