They’re building bold, digital-first brands that stand out across every touchpoint—from product interfaces to large-scale marketing campaigns. If you’re a designer who wants to craft identities that turn heads, set trends, and win awards, this is the opportunity for you.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on both big-picture brand thinking and detailed visual execution. You will help shape the look, feel, and voice of brands from the ground up, with the creative freedom to push boundaries and drive innovation in the Web3 space.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Brand Identity Development
    • Develop full brand systems: logos, typefaces, colour palettes, iconography, and visual frameworks.
    • Create and maintain robust brand guidelines and scalable design systems.
    • Partner with creative leadership to evolve and refine visual languages across projects.
  • Visual Storytelling & Campaign Work
    • Translate brand strategy into compelling visuals for marketing campaigns and product launches.
    • Design striking key visuals, advertising assets, and social media content to amplify brand presence.
    • Collaborate with motion designers to create engaging animations and motion-led brand content.
  • Cross-Platform Execution
    • Design assets across web, mobile, social, merchandise, packaging, presentations, and event materials.
    • Partner with product teams to integrate brand elements seamlessly into user interfaces and digital products.
    • Ensure visual consistency and quality across all brand expressions—both physical and digital.
  • Creative Exploration & Innovation
    • Introduce new design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep brand visuals fresh and future-forward.
    • Explore AI-assisted tools and interactive/3D branding to push creative boundaries.
  • Collaboration & Creative Leadership
    • Work alongside motion designers, copywriters, marketers, and product teams to align visuals with messaging and strategy.
    • Support external creative agency partnerships and collaborate on high-visibility global projects.
    • Perform quality assurance checks to uphold a high standard of design excellence.

Must-Have Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, identity creation, and storytelling across digital and physical platforms.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates top-tier branding, campaign work, and multi-platform visual execution.
  • Deep understanding of visual strategy, brand systems, typography, colour theory, and layout.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Experience in designing for digital-first brands, including web, social media, and motion.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of explaining design rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • A desire to push creative boundaries and produce award-winning work.
  • Open to learning Web3 concepts—blockchain-specific knowledge is not required but is a plus.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with 3D design tools (e.g. Cinema 4D, Blender) or integrating 3D into branding.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and tools like After Effects.
  • Awareness of emerging visual trends in Web3 and digital culture.

Location: Fully remote – open to global candidates.

If you’re ready to lead brand design in a fast-moving, design-centric company where creativity takes centre stage, we’d love to hear from you.
