Role Description
This is a full-time Hospital Business Manager (Territory Manager) position covering the North West & M62 corridor. The purpose of this role is to increase sales revenue through product sales year on year, meeting and/or exceeding sales targets, whilst maintaining strong customer relations and increasing market share. It is critical in this role that the TM acts with integrity and ethics, taking every opportunity to promote the organisation and its values and increase its standing within the market.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, especially in the healthcare or ophthalmic sectors
- Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and implementing business growth strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Organisational and time management skills to handle a wide range of responsibilities effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of ophthalmology or healthcare-related technologies is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferable
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years B2C sales experience within medical devices
