Chief Product Officer | Tech for Good | SaaS

We're looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy and help to scale an ambitious and well invested B2B SaaS business. This is a great opportunity to help drive optimisation and customer satisfaction in a tech-for-good sector.

The objectives of the role are to set clear priorities, improve how products move from idea to launch, support wider engineering initiatives and lead a team of product managers and designers (approx 5).

Following a successful funding round, there is an ambition to leverage AI and modern engineering practise to improve the product and engineering function. Working alongside a CTO and CEO you will be the strategic and commercial lead on product.

The ideal candidate is an established CPO in a SaaS organisation with experience of PE investment and scaling efficiencies.

The role

• Define a product strategy that supports customer needs and commercial goals.
• Own the roadmap, including how priorities are agreed and communicated across the business.
• Improve how product, design, engineering, sales and customer success work together.
• Use AI where it helps the team gather insight, prototype and deliver effectively.
• Coach and develop the product and design team, raising the standard of execution.

What you'll bring

• Senior product leadership experience in a growing B2B SaaS business, ideally vertical SaaS.
• A track record of setting product strategy and building effective ways of working, with measurable results.
• Experience balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities and technical priorities.
• Evidence of using AI to improve how a product or design team works.
• Strong people leadership and the ability to bring teams together around clear decisions.
