We're looking for a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join an established organisation and play a key role in driving AI, innovation and technology change across the business.

This is a varied role where you'll work closely with business and technology teams to identify new solutions, improve processes and deliver technology that creates real business value.

Please note, the role is hybrid working and requires attendance to the Hampshire office 3 days per week - commutable from Southampton, Basingstoke, Fareham, Bournemouth, areas.

The Role

  • Identify and implement AI and innovative technology solutions.
  • Drive process improvements, efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Embed security, privacy and governance while supporting technology teams.

Requirements

  • 5 years+ experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the finance or professional services industries
  • Experience in business solutions, technology change or systems implementation, ideally with exposure to AI, automation, APIs or innovative technology.
  • Strong business analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and be a commutable distance from Southampton, Basingstoke, Fareham, Bournemouth, areas.
