Role Overview
An exciting leadership opportunity for a growing SaaS business. The Software Engineering Manager / Software Development Manager will manage a growing βTech for goodβ product team developing products for a range of customers in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Lead software developers and improve delivery across the full SDLC.
- Drive agile and modern software best practice from the top down.
- Manage the team, fostering collaboration and driving innovation (using AI or similar).
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in a team management role.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex software solutions in time-sensitive environments.
- Experience implementing modern software engineering processes: Agile, TDD, BDD, CI/CD, unit testing.
- Strong knowledge of IT / cyber security (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials or similar).
- Background in modern programming and cloud technology β .NET, Azure or similar.
Working Arrangements
Hybrid working options with 3-4 days WFH each week β the offices are commutable from Farnborough, Guildford, Woking areas.
